Are you insured?

Yes. Go Naples Home Watch carries proper business insurance (general Liability and Professional Liability Insurance) as part of our professional commitment.

Do you provide references?

Yes. We are happy to connect you with current clients who can speak to their experience. Please ask during your consultation.

How often do you communicate with homeowners?

After every visit, you receive a detailed digital report with time-stamped photos and written observations. For urgent matters, we communicate immediately by phone, text, or email — whichever you prefer.

What if I already have vendors I prefer?

We are happy to work with your existing vendors. We coordinate scheduling, access, and oversight regardless of whether the vendor is in our network or yours.

Can I start with one service and add more later?

Absolutely. Many of our homeowners begin with Home Watch and add services over time as they experience the value of having a trusted local team. We customize your plan to grow with your needs.
